KILCLOON PARISH & DISTRICT CREDIT UNION LTD ('KILCLOON CREDIT UNION')
NOTICE of a SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
to be held on
MONDAY 9th SEPTEMBER 2024 at 8.00pm
in
SCOIL CHOCA NAOFA, 2 CHURCH STREET, KILCOCK, CO. KILDARE, W23 KD79.
The Board of Directors of Kilcloon Credit Union invite Members to attend a Special General Meeting being held to discuss, consider and vote on the proposal to "rebrand" Kilcloon Credit Union. This Meeting will be a one item Agenda. Members are encouraged to attend and participate in proceedings as owners of Kilcloon Credit Union. All Members aged 16 years and over are entitled to vote at the Meeting. Tea/coffee, sandwiches and scones will be served following the conclusion of the Meeting.
In advance of this Special General Meeting, an Information Meeting will be held in Kilcloon Community Centre, Kilgraigue, Kilcloon, Co. Meath, A85 WD82 on Tuesday 27th August 2024 at 8.00pm, at which the Board will present plans for the rebranding of the Credit Union and answer any questions which may arise. Members are encouraged to attend this Information Meeting.
